Best views in Austin! The path leads you directly to that 180 degree cityscape, skyline view. It is truly breathtaking and completely unimpeded. This patio is stunning with a fireplace, outdoor TV and grill. This estate is conveniently located near Austin Country Club and other golfing opportunities. The wall of windows in the Great Room retracts completely into the wall to allow for seamless indoor/outdoor enjoyment of the view and the breeze. Past the Great Room you will find the Primary Bedroom, and if you like to let the outdoors in while you sleep, we can open the sliding doors and let down the protective screen. The last room in the main house is an office with a zen courtyard. Through the courtyard, you will find the private guest suite with its own TV, en suite bathroom, and refrigerator. The last room is an executive office just off the patio, which can also function as another sleeping area. This property is regularly set for 4 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 8 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
