Most within our collection of estates are our homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties. Our luxury properties immerse guests in the finest of amenities and finishes, while giving visitors the true sense of living like a local.

At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected.

Everything that touches you has been meticulously selected by ABOVE. Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, L'Occitane bath amenities, and more have been carefully selected to engulf guests in luxury. Our mission is to provide unforgettable service, wrapped within the luxury of a custom estate, curating a once in a lifetime experience.

COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.

The ABOVE Nashville Coastal Estate, has the charm and interior of a beach house while being located just minutes from downtown Nashville. This property gives you the location you want to explore Nashville but also gives you the privacy and peace that you would not normally get this close to downtown.

The center of the estate is the main floor where the kitchen, living, and outdoor entertaining area is located. This ‘open concept’ space creates a perfect flow and balance between indoor and outdoor dining. This estate is perfect for a dinner party where you enjoy cocktails and appetizers on the deck and then transition inside for a formal dinner prepared by one of our chefs. On the third floor, you have the main sleeping quarters with the Master, the guest king room, the guest queen room, the guest 2 twins room, and the office which has a twin trundle/day bed. On the first floor, you have the bonus office room which can also be transitioned into a sleeping room. This home gives you the flexibility, location, privacy, and luxury experience you are looking for.

The home is set for ten guests, but will accommodate up to twelve upon request and approval by owner. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to twelve guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply.

Guest will be sent our agreement and have 48 hours to sign to confirm your reservation. If not signed within 48 hours, reservation is subject to cancellation with refund.

The ease of “click to book” with our travel partners should be viewed as “click to request.” Only through proper vetting can we insure the homeowner’s needs, and our guest’s expectations are in sync before we can confirm any reservation. ***
