Most within our collection of estates are our homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties. Our luxury properties immerse guests in the finest of amenities and finishes, while giving visitors the true sense of living like a local.

At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected.

Everything that touches you has been meticulously selected by ABOVE. Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, L'Occitane bath amenities, and more have been carefully selected to engulf guests in luxury. Our mission is to provide unforgettable service, wrapped within the luxury of a custom estate, curating a once in a lifetime experience.

COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.

Located in the hip area of the Nations, the ABOVE Nations Estate is tucked away in one of the most social and up and coming areas in Nashville. If you are looking for a fun night out this estate is walking distance to some of Nashville’s popular restaurants and bars, like the Southern Grist Brewing Co, the Nations Bar & Grill, The Centennial, and Bringles Smoking Oasis. This home offers the LOCATION you want to explore the fun that Nashville offers!

This modern home boasts a comfortable interior and exhibits a flexible and balanced layout and is in one of the most desirable locations in Nashville. The ABOVE NATIONS Estate has a spacious master suite with a one of a kind master bathroom that speaks of the quality in materials. The "open-concept" combination living, dining and kitchen area makes it prime for entertaining your group or family. This estate also offers a one of a kind rooftop and bar. It is the perfect setting to enjoy a sunset or sunrise! Additionally, this estate has a ‘man cave’ in the basement that is perfect for watching the big game or playing a family board game!

• Room 3 - Queen Upstairs
• Room 4 – Basement with Queen Sleeper Sofa

The home is pre-set for six guests, but will accommodate up to ten upon request and approval by owner. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to ten guests using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply.
