This lakefront home located in Gallatin is the perfect property for large families. This estate has more than enough bedrooms, bathrooms, and entertaining space for groups up to 18 people. As you walk through the front door, you are greeted by the main living and expansive kitchen. As you head out the back door, you will be welcomed by a large covered patio, a pool, grill, and very lawn that is perfect for yard games. Additionally, keep an eye out for wildlife as the back yard frequently has deer, ducks, and turkeys. As you make your way upstairs you will see one bedroom with a King bed and another bedroom with 2 queen beds. Additionally, you will find a large game room upstairs with a ping pong table and sleeper sofa couch. The third and final floor is the basement. The basement comes complete with two king bedrooms, 2 full baths, a full kitchen, a pool table, and a theatre room. This is the perfect destination for a family retreat while still being only 25 miles from the heart of Nashville!

The home is pre-set for 14 guests and 7 beds, but can be set up with 11 beds upon request and approval by owner. A large group fee may apply. The sheer size of the estate can easily accommodate 18 people with existing beds, however, twin-size, bed-height luxury Frontgate air mattresses, with foam toppers can be requested. (Available upon request) Boat slip use is not guaranteed, and must be approved in advance. Fee would apply. Boat dimensions will be needed.

All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
