This pied-a-terre is the perfect way to enjoy city living with panache- only minutes to Downtown ATX! Enjoy relaxing in the family room with modern firebox fireplace, soaring ceilings, a gourmet eat-in kitchen and dining area perfect for us to set up a Mimosa Bar for weekend brunches. Roll open the expansive glass sliding doors to bring the outside in. This property is the perfect space to entertain family and friends in the great ATX, and the luxury décor is oh so Austin Chic! This property is single story, and perfect for all guest groups. The Primary bedroom is spacious with a King bed and en suite luxury bathroom with soaking tub and walk-in shower. The guest bedroom also has a King bed and a shared bathroom with walk-in shower and double sinks. The office serves dual purpose as it boasts a luxury Queen murphy bed. This property is regularly set for 6 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 10 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.
