Property was much more beautiful than we expected. Amazing views and close to all Austin offers. Very enjoyable and will come back again!

The view is amazing! The house has plenty of space for a family getaway and an awesome game room for the kids! Our house manager James was great and very accommodating! There were a lot of items restricted at the house that weren’t really explained to us until we arrived but it was doable. This was the first home I rented that the house manager would visit daily, which was strange when we were first told but because James was so great it wasn’t uncomfortable at all! All and all this was a beautiful home with plenty of space and I would definitely recommend and stay again!

16 of us stayed here for 3 nights. The house was everything we could of possible asked for. Breathtaking views, clean, plenty of space and extra beds. Our crew especially loved the outdoor pool area and gameroom. Our house manager did a phenomenal job staying in contact with us and providing us anything we needed. Would highly recommend.

Had 13 close friends for my bachelor party. The Above team was very attentive and accommodating to our needs. The house was great... our house manager Ronnie was great too! The house had amazing amenities and views. Our group would definitely stay here again!

My weekend experience at this home was nothing shy of epic! We stayed here for my best bud 50th birthday Celebration. The booking process was simple, home manager was spot on with helping to accommodate any of our needs for the celebration. We arrived late and Melisa allowed our chef to unload and get settled! She even assisted the chef with deets of the kitchen & common areas as she waited on us to arrive. Did I mention Melisa the home manager even had our favorite libation ready as a gift when we arrived!! Melisa is so bubbly, helpful and sweet! This home is everything top notch, designed for all your needs. The outdoor pool area & view is breathtaking beautiful! We will definitely rent this home again, if possible! (Wink-Wink)

We couldn't have asked for a nicer stay in Austin, and this wonderful property absolutely made that possible. Only 15 minutes from downtown Austin, yet it feels a world away when you're lounging at the pool overlooking the hills. There was plenty of space for our large group of 20 - privacy was available when needed, but the common spaces (including a great game room) made gathering very easy. The details and luxury finishes in the house are impressive - from the gourmet kitchen where we cooked for the group, to the oversize windows providing stunning views and lots of light. The folks at Above were fantastic as well, happy to accommodate and make our stay as comfortable as possible. Overall 10/10; I'd recommend this property to any and all!

We found this home and didn't even look anymore. It was exactly what we wanted. It has a beautiful pool that overlooks Austin's hills. The living room has giant windows that also overlook it. We had multiple families staying at the house and it fit all of us. The kitchen was large and allowed us to hang out while someone cooked. The kids really liked the game room and played pool a lot. Would stay here again!

Could not have had a better experience! This home is absolutely beautiful and a perfect place for a weekend getaway. The home sits deep in the hills and whole stay felt secluded and private while still being close to all the Austin hot spots. This home is perfect for multiple guests as each room is seperate from the others but the large living room area, kitchen, game room, and pool bring everyone together. Hope to stay here for many more trips to Austin.

I have had the pleasure of staying in this home during my frequent trips to Austin and I've never been disappointed. It is in a great location and easy to find, with everything you may need just a short drive away (restaurants/bars, grocery stores, shopping, etc). I enjoyed being able to sit in the hot tub or drink my coffee on the back porch and take in the view of the canyon. The view in itself is worth a stay in this home. As for the house, it is extremely clean, spacious, and inviting with all the amenities you could ask for. I loved the open kitchen and game room which are perfect for large groups. Can't recommend it enough, hard to beat this spot!

We had such a wonderful time staying in this beautiful home. It was a quick drive to downtown, restaurants, and outdoor recreation. The pool and outdoor area is amazing and we spent every night we were in having cocktails outside enjoying the view overlooking the hill country. The home met all (and more) of our needs with its multitude of bedrooms and living spaces. Would highly recommend staying here if you are coming to Austin.

This home is perfect in every way for a large group getaway!! First off working with Brian and Margo was an absolute pleasure. They are super professional and responded immediately to any questions I had before our weekend reservation. By far the best property management company I have ever worked with. Upon arrival Brian was there to greet us at the house and give us a tour of the beautiful property. Making sure that we knew he was here for us this weekend if we needed anything. The gift basket with snacks was a nice bonus! We had 18 guys in the house and it didn't feel cramped at all. Plenty of room for sleeping and hanging out in the pool/game room/great room. Would recommend to any large groups coming to Austin for a great weekend!

The moment our group entered this home, we were blown away by the beauty of the spacious layout...but nothing compares to the absolutely stunning view this home boasts! The large wall-size windows highlight the view over the Austin hills! The great room provided a perfect space for us to mingle around the kitchen island into the living room while still taking in that view! The back patio area featuring the swimming pool and outdoor fireplace is the perfect place to entertain or catch one of the picturesque sunsets! It is rare to have such a large house with 7 bedrooms be in such close proximity to downtown Austin!! It was an easy uber ride to get anywhere we needed to go, yet had us feel as if we were off in a very private setting once we entered the residence! This home truly is gorgeous and belongs in a movie setting! It is the quintessential Austin Limestone Hill top home that is absolutely perfect for entertaining!

This place is fabulous! This 7 bedroom home is beautifully maintained and very spacious with the most incredible view from their backyard! The kitchen and dining area is huge and the deck and pool area is amazing with plenty of room to have a big family gathering and BBQ. We had the best time hanging out by the pool and the spa! The owners are super friendly and easy to work with. This house is truly incredible and a great value and it's close to downtown!

This is definitely a 5-Star home! All I can say is, Wow! This property is breathtaking! From the second you walk in the door you begin to notice what sets this home apart from so many others. The views are amazing from every room in the house. It is a large home but has a cozy feel. It has a large gourmet kitchen, a separate master bedroom upstairs in a different wing of the home with a huge shower and large tub. The bedrooms are all large and most have their own separate baths for privacy. The amenities are the best Ive ever encountered. Your family will not get bored with all there is to do both within the home, and nearby. The home is situated at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and boasts an infinity pool that looks out onto a vast wooded nature preserve. There is an outdoor kitchen and inside there is a game room with ping pong, a pool table, air hockey, multiple computer games like X-box, weight balls for the exercise enthusiast, a piano and MUCH more! It is within close proximity to walking trails, Zilker Park, amazing restaurants and Downtown Austin. This home is a great find! If I were to design and describe my dream home, this would be it! Overall this was a great stay with great responses and service from our host! I highly recommend this home and will be booking it again for future visits to Austin.

Gorgeous views and luv the open concept kitchen/family room! Unbelievable! Spotless and superb in every way. Large home with 7 bedrooms is a spectacular find this close to downtown. We will look no further when our travel plans call for Austin, Texas!!
