Nestled among tall Pecan trees on the banks of the constant-level Lake Austin, ABOVE Casa Tranquility offers you the very best of lake living. The private backyard features a beautiful pool and hot tub that overlook the shaded lawn with brand new sport and pickle ball court. Dine right on the water at the dock table as you watch skiers, paddleboarders, and kayakers. Grill outside, enjoy the firepit and watch the game all on the covered back patio. The open floor plan means you are never far from your group whether cooking in the gourmet kitchen, mixing a cocktail in the wet bar or lounging and dining in the family and dining rooms. You will never lack for activities and entertainment! If you are not outside enjoying lake life, you can choose to play pool or shuffle puck in the game room. The theater-style media room has comfortable lounge chairs and black-out shades for that perfect movie night. There is a fully stocked home gym for guest use. There is also a private office should you need to work remotely during your stay. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 15 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.
