•24/7 personal House Manager service- At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager who is carefully selected and trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily and our managers are available 24/7 to deliver that ABOVE 5-star experience.
•We will also delight you with the ABOVE Welcome Experience, daily refresh service, luxury spa amenities, luxury white linens, and more!

Only 3 miles to the Live Music Capital of the World, the Above Contemporary is newly constructed with luxury finishes throughout, and open floor plan and plenty of space for your group. The gourmet kitchen is filled with Thermador appliances and is the center of the entertaining space in this home. Open the sliding doors for the ultimate indoor/outdoor space where you can enjoy the covered patio, gas grill and pool with hot tub. This property is regularly set for 10 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

The ease of “click to book” with our travel partners should be viewed as “click to request.” Only through proper vetting can we ensure the homeowner’s needs, and our guest’s expectations are in sync before we can confirm any reservation. **

IMPORTANT: Our properties will not be rented to any group/event that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our neighbors and thus final approval of any reservation only comes after a conversation that gives us full confidence that neighbor rights and house rules will be respected.
