Two stunning modern homes next to each other, with a pool, are tucked into a great area of the coolest neighborhood in all of Austin, Texas. When booked together with owner permission, these brand-new homes have 5 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, and 2 half bathrooms. There is a beautiful loft with a full bathroom featuring a shower and 2 twin beds.

Main House

The upgraded features in this home contribute to its modern and luxurious feel. The Thermadore stove and refrigerator are top-of-the-line appliances that bring both style and functionality to the kitchen. The steam shower in the primary bathroom offers a spa-like experience, while the floor-to-ceiling windows create an open and airy atmosphere. The white oak flooring and Haiku fans add elegance to the living space.
The large steel and glass pivot front doors make a grand statement, and the energy-efficient insulation and LED lighting contribute to sustainability and cost-effectiveness. The backyard pool with a deck is undeniably stunning and provides an excellent space for lounging and entertaining.

Our open-space designed home features high ceilings throughout and two bedrooms upstairs, plus a queen-size pull-out living room sofa downstairs. You'll enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen with plenty of counter space.
You'll find everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a steam shower/wet sauna in the primary bathroom, dog-friendly amenities such as water/food bowls and treats, and baby/toddler equipment like a highchair and pack-and-play.
The privacy-fenced courtyard in the front provides a massive yard space while ensuring the desired privacy for our guests. This feature is particularly beneficial for small pets or children, allowing them to enjoy the outdoors safely.

This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 12 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

The entire property is fenced and gated, with a large outdoor living area with a pool, gas grill, dining table, and outdoor sectional.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
