Welcome to the Ridgeview Estate by ABOVE Vacation Residences. No expense was spared in creating this incredibly relaxing, beautifully appointed, one-of-a-kind escape. Here, you will enjoy privacy and seclusion behind the gates of this home while admiring the peaceful and stunning Lake Austin. Located across from a nature preserve, this property enjoys privacy and a pristine view. This lakefront home is an entertainer’s paradise with a private beach, boat dock with TV and lounge area, pool and spa, , bocce ball and games court, and a game and media room. This property is regularly set for 8 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 16 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 30 night minimum.

Please note that some spaces will be locked and owner belongings may be present.
Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.
Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.
Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.

Had a fantastic time at this beautiful property for a holiday getaway. Everything was pretty much perfect. We did have an issue with the hot tub not working, however, property management was able to work out a deal for the inconvenience. Would definitely recommend this place, and ARRIVE. Look forward to making future plans with them!

Wow! This house is absolutely spectacular. You can tell it was recently built and they did a wonderful job. The home itself has only top of the line appliances and amenities. The grounds that surround the property are amazing too and it was fantastic to be right on the lake. The property was very private and there was plenty of room for the kids to play in the yard while the parents watched from the pool. We will be coming back here next year for the exact same trip! Thanks ABOVE for making this possible.

Our family gathered in Austin for something different over the holiday season and we elected the Arrive Ridgeview Estate due to the lake view. Upon arrival we were promptly greeted by house manager Jackie who showed us the estate and went over the benefits of us booking with Arrive. Tentative to our needs and ensuring the little ones were having a blast it really made the trip. The house itself is incredible and comfortably fit our group. Several amenities including the hot tub made for great nights together. Upon checkout we were departed with the same professionalism as we were greeted with. Very impressed with the management company and house.
This house is AWESOME! We had such a great time. The hot tub was a highlight of our trip, but our house manager, Tyler, made this stay incredible. We will definitely stay with Above again.
