Welcome to the Austin Sanctuary by ABOVE Vacation Residences. The home was completely remodeled in 2022. This very private property is the perfect way to enjoy Austin whether you are entertaining family and friends or have come to town with a need for a home away from home and place to work. This luxury home has the highest of finishes with custom stonework throughout the home. The chef’s kitchen features a full-size refrigerator, gas stove, double ovens, and all you need to cook for your family. Or let us arrange a chef so you can just relax and enjoy. The dining room is set for 6 with additional seating for at the kitchen island nearby. Outdoor dining is set for 8. The transition from indoor to outdoor living is seamless and overlook the negative edge pool and private greenbelt beyond. The media room with comfortable sectional sofa features three streaming Samsung Frame TVs- perfect for multiple game day. This property is regularly set for 11 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

We had an amazing time staying at this home during our first trip to Austin! The property is super private, and the finishes throughout are top-notch. The kitchen was perfect for cooking family meals, but we opted for a private chef and just relaxed. The seamless transition to the outdoor area was great, and we loved hanging out by the pool with the beautiful greenbelt view. The media room was awesome for watching the game, and everyone had their own space to relax. We also explored some Austin highlights like live music and the amazing food scene – definitely a trip to remember!
