Welcome to the Villa Hermosa Estate on Lake Austin by ABOVE Vacation Residences. Beyond the ornate gates is a private retreat that is perfect as a get away or is an entertainer's paradise. With multiple dining and lounge areas inside and outside, this home has it all for your group. The gourmet kitchen opens to a breakfast and dining area as well as a bar. There is an office available should you need to get a little work done while on property. The private home gym is extensive, and features pilates equipment, exercise machines, weight systems and infrared sauna and more. There is playroom that can be a great space for your littles, or we can set this up as a bedroom with our temporary beds and luxury bed linens. There are five bedrooms upstairs in two separate wings for plenty of space and privacy. This property is regularly set for 12 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 19 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
