Welcome to the ABOVE Watercolor where luxury meets the serenity of Lake Austin. The pool has a slide, grotto, and hot tub. Play ping pong on the patio, enjoy the firepit or grill for your group before you dine together at the oversized patio table. There is a sport court to enjoy or play some games in the yard. The dock lounge area features a TV and space to relax. Indoors has plenty of space to entertain whether you are playing pool, cooking for the group, or watching a game or movie. Every room is a luxurious retreat with King-sized beds. The bunk room is the perfect space for the movie night fun. You are welcome to enjoy the kayaks and the lily pad in the cool waters of Lake Austin. This property is regularly set for 18 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 20 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee. 30 night minimum.

CLEANING STANDARDS: ABOVE follows rigorous standards using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols with increased attention to heavily trafficked and high touch areas.
