The Above Casa Brisas is a beachfront estate in La Punta Estates, a private gated community on the Punta Mita peninsula. Seven bedrooms — six with king beds, most with ocean views and private terraces, plus a bunk room suited for children or overflow sleeping — accommodate large groups comfortably. Every room has an ensuite bathroom.
The indoor and outdoor spaces flow into each other naturally. A large infinity pool faces the ocean directly, an oversized jacuzzi sits alongside it, and a lush lawn extends toward the water. Rooftop terraces at multiple levels add open-air space for sunsets or morning time away from the main deck.
The property is fully staffed. A private chef covers breakfast, lunch, and dinner; a butler and waiter team handles day-to-day service; dedicated housekeeping keeps things running; and 24/7 concierge support is available throughout the stay. A six-seater golf cart is included for getting around the peninsula. Airport transfers, spa services, excursions, and pre-arrival grocery delivery can all be arranged on request.
Guests have access to Punta Mita's Premier Golf Membership, which covers four beach clubs — Pacifico, Kupuri, Sufi, and the Surf Club — two Jack Nicklaus Signature courses, fitness centers, tennis and pickleball courts, walking and biking trails, and dining and spa facilities at the Four Seasons and St. Regis.
