Las Marietas is a gated enclave within Punta Mita, positioned alongside the 18th hole of the Jack Nicklaus Signature Bahia golf course. From here, the Pacific and the Marietas Islands stretch out to the horizon — a view that's visible from every bedroom terrace and from the private infinity pool on the unit's own outdoor deck.

All three bedrooms have ensuite bathrooms and ocean-facing terraces. The master holds a king bed; the two guest rooms each have a pair of queens and a sofa bed, giving the condo flexibility for families or groups. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped, and the living areas are relaxed without being spare.

The service package covers more ground than most rentals. Blanca handles daily housekeeping. A private chef prepares breakfast and lunch each day — dinner service is available at an additional fee, and ingredients are not included in the base rate. Mario, the dedicated concierge, handles activity bookings, yacht charters, spa appointments, and transfers. A six-seater golf cart is included for moving around the resort.

Premier Golf Membership access opens up Punta Mita's beach clubs — Pacifico, Kupuri, Sufi, and the Surf Club — along with two Jack Nicklaus Signature courses, fitness centers, tennis and pickleball courts, and dining and spa access at both the Four Seasons and St. Regis. With the St. Regis essentially next door, the enclave's location is as convenient as it is scenic.
