Guests trusting ABOVE for their luxury travel learn that the unexpected, is our standard. Most within our collection of estates are our homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties.

At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected.

Everything that touches you has been meticulously selected by ABOVE. Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, L'Occitane bath amenities, and more have been carefully selected to engulf guests in luxury. Our mission is to provide unforgettable service, wrapped within the luxury of a custom estate, curating a once in a lifetime experience.

COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.

Located just blocks away from Vanderbilt and Belmont, the ABOVE Nashville Chic Estate is tucked away in one of the most sought after areas in Nashville. This estate and location will have you truly experiencing life in Nashville. Just minutes away from one of Nashville’s most hip areas, 12 south, which is home to some of Nashville’s best restaurants. 12 South has everything you need from morning coffee, to boutique shopping, to fun night with the family or a date night with your significant other. This home offers the LOCATION you want to explore the fun that Nashville offers!

This historic home will make you feel southern hospitality with its warm interior design. The interior has been thoughtfully designed by one of Nashville’s most prominent interior design artists. The estate is centered around the masterfully designed kitchen with pecky cypress accents. The ABOVE Nashville Chic Estate has 4 levels and a garage apartment so there is plenty of space to spread out.

• Room 2 – No beds (can fit Front Gates) Upstairs
• Room 3 - Queen Upstairs
• Room 4 - King Upstairs
• Room 5 – Twin Bunks Upstairs
• Room 6 – Game Room 3rd Floor (Can fit Front Gate)
• Room 7 – Basement (Can fit Front Gate)
• Room 8 – Garage Apartment King & Queen Pullout

The home is pre-set for twelve guests. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to eleven beds using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply.

Guest will be sent our agreement and have 48 hours to sign to confirm your reservation. If not signed within 48 hours, reservation is subject to cancellation with refund.

The ease of “click to book” with our travel partners should be viewed as “click to request.” Only through proper vetting can we insure the homeowner’s needs, and our guest’s expectations are in sync before we can confirm any reservation. ***

IMPORTANT: Our properties will not be rented to any group/event that may disrupt the serene neighborhood. We deeply value our neighbors and thus final approval after a conversation that gives us full confidence neighbor rights and house rules will be respected. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
