The open-concept living, dining, and kitchen make it perfect for entertaining your family and friends. Sip coffee in the morning with a beautiful view of the pool and a mural of the "Dude" himself! Step outside to the large private outdoor entertaining area, which will surely be the ideal host setting. The enormous covered patio boasts a large table for gatherings. The pool deck has ample room for tables, chairs, and large group entertainment. The privacy and expansive land create a perfect environment for small weddings, family, or corporate events. All events must be approved.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
