Most within our collection of estates are our homeowner’s primary residences- contrary to an industry filled of those contrived, and sparsely appointed investment rental properties. Our luxury properties immerse guests in the finest of amenities and finishes, while giving visitors the true sense of living like a local.

At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and overly trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed anything you had expected.

Everything that touches you has been meticulously selected by ABOVE. Utopia Linens, Chakir Turkish Towels, L'Occitane bath amenities, and more have been carefully selected to engulf guests in luxury. Our mission is to provide unforgettable service, wrapped within the luxury of a custom estate, curating a once in a lifetime experience.

COVID-19 Enhanced Safety/Cleaning: In addition to our already rigorous cleaning procedures, we have implemented a robust checklist using CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, noting increased attention to heavily trafficked areas and high touched surfaces.

This beautiful estate located in between the Little Harpeth River and Harpeth Hills Golf Course. This estate will give you the privacy and quiet you are looking for while still being just a short drive of about 12 miles to downtown. This home has everything you will need to entertain and host your family. With flexible sleeping arrangements, multiple living rooms, an office, game room, and huge yard, there is something for everyone to do!

As you step in through the front door you will be greeted by a sitting room on your right and a formal dining on your left. As you walk through the breezeway, you will enter into the main attraction of the house for the adults which is an open concept, living room and kitchen which also has a door to the outdoor living area which creates a nice flow between the two spaces. Just down the hallway you will find the main attraction for the children which is the game room! This game room comes complete with two TV’s with game consoles, a hotshot basketball hoop, air hockey table, and ping pong table. Additionally, this room has 4 bunk beds and a pullout queen couch!

The home is pre-set for twelve guests. Upon approval, we will set the home for up to twelve beds using luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers (upon request). A large group fee may apply.

Guest will be sent our agreement and have 48 hours to sign to confirm your reservation. If not signed within 48 hours, reservation is subject to cancellation with refund.
