The downstairs living and kitchen areas are very open with floor-to-ceiling window doors, which gives the comfort of indoor spaces with a blend of nature.

Less than 20 miles from Nashville, this property is the perfect distance from downtown Nashville. Whether you have meetings or events to attend in downtown Nashville or just want to hit the town, this property gives you that ability while having a nice and quiet place to retreat to.
Boat slip and/or boat tie-up may be available by approval and with a fee.

Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
