This 5-bedroom home, only 8 miles from downtown Nashville, sits on an oversized gated private property. Walk through the grand entrance to this interior-designed home. The main floor boasts a beautiful kitchen with island seating, a living room, a library, a game room, and a dining room with doors to access the large outdoor patio. Step through the sliding doors to the outdoor sitting area with built-in heaters and a great view of the pool, playscape, and outdoor kitchen and dining areas. Cool off in the large pool, relax in the hot tub, or do neither and sit by the fire pit! Your group will enjoy relaxing in this backyard oasis with a retractable patio roof. You’ll find the workout room, media room, and craft room in the basement. You will find the bedrooms, an additional living room, and the office on the top level! This is truly a one-of-a-kind property!

This property is regularly set for 12 guests, but, with homeowner approval, we can set up 2 additional luxury Frontgate beds, which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
