Our luxury properties immerse guests in the finest of amenities and finishes, while giving visitors the true sense of living like a local.

Welcome to the ABOVE Ridgetop Estate in the outskirts of Nashville! This property is equal parts sophisticated and inviting! Walk through the front door to see the open concept living and dining room. Through the open doorway, there is the gourmet kitchen with all you need to host your group. If you are not wanting to cook during your stay, allow our team to set up a chef to take care of it all for you. Just off the kitchen sits one of the main attractions – the covered patio with a fireplace. This is the perfect place to enjoy a morning coffee or evening cocktail anytime of the year. There is a work space should you need to check a few boxes before exploring Nashville. The outdoor space features a high-top table to enjoy appetizers. Additionally, the outdoor space features a top-class grill.

This property has four bedrooms with the master on the main level. This room features a King bed and a sitting area with a fireplace. The three guest bedrooms on the second level feature a King bed and two Queen beds respectively.

The home is pre-set for 8 guests, but will accommodate up to 12 upon request and owner approval.  If requested, luxury Frontgate bed-height air mattress beds with foam toppers will be added to create more sleeping areas. A large group fee may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required.  21+-day minimum

At check-in, you will be introduced to your personal House Manager, who is carefully selected and trained in the art of service. Our House Managers visit daily, and are available 24/7 in the hope to exceed your expectations.
