You will find a formal living room and sun room with an attached outdoor dining area. The left-wing has a vast dining room and a distinguished wood-paneled library. The modern kitchen and family room have an outdoor living area. The guest house has a double bed, shower bath, living room, and kitchen, perfect for guests, staff, and "event prep." The 2nd floor has five bedrooms and en suite baths, and the 3rd floor has a game room with a pool table and additional living space. Outdoors features a new resort pool and hot tub. Entertain your family and friends in the outdoor grilling, dining, and lounge area, perfect for large groups, or play a game of pickleball on the private court. Workout in the private home gym or enjoy the bonus feature of a modern bowling alley with a kitchenette, living room, and powder bath. This is a gem in one of the city's most upscale neighborhoods. Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
