The heart of the house is its open main level, where a chef-caliber gourmet kitchen flows seamlessly into the dining and living areas — an effortless layout for a morning coffee crowd or a dinner with the family.

This home is built for groups who never want to leave. Out back, a private pool with pool basketball anchors a true backyard resort — soak in the hot tub, unwind in the sauna, and cook without missing a beat thanks to a full outdoor kitchen. When the group gets competitive, there's a dual pickleball court / basketball court waiting, and a fully equipped workout room in the back house keeps your routine intact. Inside, multiple dedicated workspaces make it easy to log a few focused hours before switching off completely — a natural fit for remote-working stays and longer visits.

Please note that some spaces will be locked and owner belongings may be present.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

Pets: Pets are considered at this property pending Owner approval prior to arrival. There is a pet fee of $500 to cover extra cleaning. Any damages due to a Guest pet will be charged against Guest deposit.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.

Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
