Situated within Ranchos Estates — a private, gated beachfront community three minutes from the Punta Mita Resort — the Above Pacific Atelier is a ten-bedroom estate that accommodates up to twenty guests with direct access to the Pacific and very little reason to look elsewhere.
The property sits on the beach, and the layout reflects that. Bedrooms open onto private terraces with unobstructed ocean views, outdoor spaces flow naturally toward the water, and the grounds — lush with mature tropical landscaping — provide real privacy without closing the experience in. It's the kind of place that feels generous without feeling overwhelming.
Ten bedrooms have been thoughtfully arranged for groups of all configurations. The master suite has a king bed, freestanding soaking tub, dual vanity, walk-in closet, and a private lounge with its own balcony. The remaining nine rooms — a mix of kings, queens, and bunk setups well-suited for families — each have ensuite bathrooms, walk-in closets, and private outdoor space. Across the full house, twenty guests can settle in comfortably.
The communal spaces are where the estate really earns its keep. The wine-cellar dining room is designed for long meals that don't end quickly. The palapa bar sits at the edge of the pool, where the breeze off the water tends to keep everyone in place. A private spa, gym, and yoga studio are on-site, and two included six-seater golf carts make it easy to reach the beach clubs, Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, and world-class spas of the Four Seasons and St. Regis just beyond the gates. La Lancha — one of the better surf breaks on this stretch of coast — is minutes away.
