Above Pacifica Vista is a six-bedroom beachfront villa in Kupuri, one of Punta Mita's most private gated communities, positioned directly on the sand with sweeping views across Litibu Bay. The house centers around a 60-foot infinity pool that tracks the ocean horizon, with terraces extending from most bedrooms and giving the indoor spaces an easy connection to the outdoors.

Three of the bedrooms — each with a king bed and ensuite bathroom — face the ocean and open to private terraces. The remaining three look out to the garden: a room with two queen beds, a bunkroom configured with four queens for larger groups, and a dedicated kids room with three twin bunk beds. All six have ensuite bathrooms.

Staffing is full and on-site. A private chef and sub-chef handle breakfast, lunch, and dinner daily; a butler and waiter manage service throughout the day. Felix, the dedicated concierge, coordinates reservations, logistics, and anything else guests need during the stay. A six-seater golf cart is included for getting around the Punta Mita grounds.

With a Premier Golf Membership, guests can access all four of Punta Mita's beach clubs, two Jack Nicklaus Signature golf courses, fitness facilities, tennis and pickleball courts, and dining at the Four Seasons and St. Regis. Green fees and minimum food and beverage spends apply where noted.
