Set against the San Jacinto Mountains in Palm Springs’ historic Old Las Palmas neighborhood, The Sanctuary was created as more than a luxury home — it was designed as a true retreat. This four-bedroom villa embodies the essence of indoor–outdoor living. Floor-to-ceiling glass pocket doors disappear, allowing the desert light, mountain views, and resort-style pool to become extensions of the interior. Clean mid-century lines meet modern refinement, creating a space that feels open yet intimate, sophisticated yet welcoming. While just moments from Palm Canyon Drive, the Uptown Design District, acclaimed restaurants, galleries, and nightlife, the home itself remains a private oasis defined by calm and intention.

Inside, the layout was designed for gathering. The kitchen serves as the heart of the home — stylish, functional, and naturally social — flowing effortlessly into communal living spaces made for long dinners, music, and conversation. A state-of-the-art media room invites movie nights and celebrations, while outside, lounge areas, a cozy fireplace, and a fully equipped outdoor kitchen with pizza oven and barbecue create the perfect setting for both lively evenings and quiet afternoons by the pool.

At the center of the experience is the villa’s glass-enclosed wine room — a true showpiece and one of the property’s most distinctive offerings. Guests have access to a curated wine list featuring rare, high-end, and beautifully aged bottles, including collectible vintages and old-world classics that are increasingly difficult to find. Each is meticulously cared for and furnished, offering top-tier amenities and decor. Combined with concierge services, each stay feels uniquely local. Please note that some spaces will be locked and owner belongings may be present.

Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.

Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

No events or outside vendors are permitted that will exceed the capacity of the house without written pre-approval from ABOVE Vacation Residences.

Important: We do not rent to groups or events that may disrupt the neighborhood. Final approval follows a conversation ensuring respect for neighbors and house rules. NO DISRUPTIVE GUESTS.
