Above Villa Olas Eternas sits west-facing in Pacifico Estates, one of Punta Mita's most coveted gated communities. The villa's position gives unobstructed ocean and golf course views from most of the property, with direct exposure to the Pacific sunset.
Five of the six suites are configured with king beds, distributed across two floors, most with private terraces or patios and en-suite bathrooms with both indoor and outdoor showers and bathtubs. Three suites face the ocean from the upper level; two ground-floor rooms open directly to the garden and grounds. The sixth suite is set up for families or larger groups, with two queens, two singles, and two trundle beds. The infinity pool anchors the main terrace, and the villa's indoor-outdoor layout keeps the view in frame whether you're at the pool, in the covered living areas, or at the dining table.
Service is built into the stay: a private chef handles breakfast and lunch daily, a dedicated butler manages requests throughout, and a house manager coordinates logistics and activity planning. A six-seater golf cart is included for getting around the resort. Dinner service, pre-arrival grocery stocking, and in-villa spa and wellness treatments are available on request.
Guests have membership to the Sea Breeze Beach Club and access to the pools and beachfront facilities at the adjacent St. Regis Punta Mita Resort. The Four Seasons and the peninsula's golf courses are also within reach.
