The ABOVE Autograph is newly furnished with high-end, designer touches. With over 10,000 square feet, estate includes a large personal theater, private office, garage apartment with a game room featuring a pool table, ping pong and foosball. Outside you can relax by the pool and hot tub or fire up the gas grill for a cookout. The covered patio has outdoor dining and lounging with fireplace and TV. The large lawn is perfect for enjoying a game of corn hole with friends. Head down to the dock deck with plenty of seating to enjoy the lake up close.
All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. 3-night minimum May - October. 30 night minimum.

Please note that some spaces will be locked and owner belongings may be present.
Cleaning Standards: We follow strict CDC/VRMA disinfecting protocols, focusing on high-touch areas.
Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
Booking Info: All bookings must be pre-approved. “Click to book” is a request, not a confirmation, ensuring alignment with Homeowner and Guest expectations.

This house screams luxury from the moment you arrive, but Above makes it a true luxury by providing top notch service. They greet you with towels like a 5 star resort would and take your luggage, as well. Stunning views of the lake and gorgeous decor. We have already booked our next stay!

Such a beautiful home!!! Our family loved our stay there. The owners really put thought into it. We really enjoyed the backyard and pool. We had Above book us a boat and it picked us up right in front of the home. They even surprised us by stocking the boat with snacks and drinks that we like. 10/10

This estate is beyond beautiful. Stunning from the inside out. We stayed here for a family vacation and had the best time. The details of this home are superb. We mostly hung out in the pool and grilled, but we did have a chef come cook for us one night. The kids played in the spacious yard and I used the gym almost every morning. We want to come back next year.
We stayed here recently for my husband’s birthday, there were 16 of us, and we had plenty of room. The house is beautiful, quiet neighborhood and sits directly on Lake Austin. Taylor the house manager answered all my questions and was a joy to work with. We are in Austin every Summer and this was probably one of our favorite houses.
