The Above Nashville Southern Retreat sits on almost 2 acres and has close to 8,500 square feet of living space. It comes complete with 5 bedrooms and 5 full attached bathrooms. The main level is the perfect area for entertaining, with a formal dining, bar/entertainment area, kitchen, multiple living spaces, and a den. The basement floor has a theatre and game room with a pool table and air hockey table. The true ‘charm’ of this property is the outdoor area. It has multiple large lawns for games and a pool, and it also has a putting/chipping green. The large patio has multiple seating areas, creating a great flow from the indoor kitchen and open space to the outdoor seating areas. This property is truly an entertainer's dream!

BONUS – this property has a full recording studio. This is only available upon request for an additional fee and must be approved by the owner!

Disclaimer: Room configurations, decor, and contents may have changed since photos were taken. Hot tub heating is complimentary and managed by request with your house manager. Not all pools can be heated. Pool heating is available by request and approval, with a fee of $500 for 3 days, subject to seasonal availability.
