The place was very well kept and clean, enjoyed the extra rooms and TV's for folks to be spread out and having space to enjoy their own activity. Kitchen is set up nicely, and there is plenty of outdoor space to let the kid's play and run. The pool was not heated, but our staff was so nice to at least get our grandkids a hot tub, so they could still swim. Very good location for us to be able to go to our Son & Daughter in Laws house and still see the sights of Austin. They came and checked in on us daily to make sure everything was good.

Our stay at The Above Austin Luxe Estate couldn't have been better. The house was beautiful, and Above made sure our stay was as enjoyable as possible. The house comfortably slept 15 of us, with everyone having sufficient room. The concierge service and house manager were fantastic, and truly helped us with any possible request we had. Highly recommend booking through Above and staying at one of the many beautiful homes they offer.

We had a wonderful stay at the Above Austin Luxe Estate. The home is beautifully decorated and our party of 12 had plenty of space with room to spare. The home is in the perfect location 15 min to downtown and only 10 minutes from Lake Austin. The management team was on point and available to answer our every question. What a beautiful property. It is nestled in this gorgeous neighborhood and feels secluded. It really isn't that far from downtown. Maybe 12-15 minutes. It is decorated nicely and the backyard is beautiful. We want to stay again.

Such an awesome home! It felt really secluded, but it was only about 15 minutes from downtown. Our house manager always had a mask on and made us feel safe. The pool was a big hit, but used the living room for some family game nights. 10/10.

We had our Friendsgiving here and it turned out great. It was perfect for our group of 11. The kitchen had everything we needed, the rooms were large, the pool was beautiful, and there was plenty of room for us to all hang out together.

This house is just beautiful! It encapsulates Texas and luxury all in one package. We enjoyed our vacation here with our family. Above was very attentive and answered right away with any questions that we had. The kids loved the pool and we loved grilling and the spacious kitchen. Everyone said they slept well in the beds. We hope to come back soon.

We rented this home to celebrate my daughter and her best friend’s 30th birthdays, and it was absolutely perfect! The house is spacious, beautifully decorated, and filled with everything an active family or group could want. From paddle boards and pickleball to ping pong, air hockey, and more, there was no shortage of ways to stay entertained.

The location is unbeatable—right on the water with gorgeous views all day long. Whether we were enjoying morning coffee by the water, walking through the neighborhood, or watching the Ryder Cup from the pool, the setting was simply incredible.

Our group of 13 had more than enough room to spread out. Each bedroom had its own vanity, which made it easy to have a little privacy, and the beds were very comfortable. Even with such a large group, we never once felt crowded.

This home is truly Elite. Fun was had by all, and it made for a celebration we’ll never forget. Highly recommend for groups looking for space, comfort, and endless activities in a stunning waterfront setting!

Family getaway weekend to lake Austin. Great home to host the 9 of us with room for more if needed. Plenty of onsite amenities to not have to leave for anything. We took advantage of the concierge services for Franklin BBQ and Massages. Plenty of boat pick up options to get you out on the water for surfing, tubing or whatever you wanted to do. I would recommend this property if you're looking for a good time!

We recently had the opportunity to stay in this gorgeous home. The house is even better than the pictures. The house is situated in an upscale neighborhood with a beautiful view of Lake Austin. You are assigned a house manager who meets you at your arrival and makes sure your stay goes smoothly. They are available 24/7 with anything you need. The house is very spacious with everything you could want. The bedrooms are spacious and the bedding and linens are luxurious and very comfortable. The kitchen has two islands and is big enough for a large family. The game room has anything you could want! They also have a game closet with board games and toys for kids. The backyard is huge....you can’t tell that from the pictures. There is plenty of fun for the whole family outside. From the sand volleyball to the sports court, there is something for everyone to do. They have pool toys and every ball you could want for the sports court. There are kayaks and paddle boards, including life jackets also. The house was very clean upon arrival and the decor is beautiful. We rented a boat one day that picked us up right at the boat dock in the backyard. The sandy beach was a big hit with the kids. I can’t say enough good things about this beautiful home. We will be back❤️

I rented Elite on Lake Austin for a work retreat for 6 colleagues and it was wonderful. The house to great and there are many things to do on the property.

The property and location is outstanding. Only thing I recommend is checking the weather before you go. The Texas ice storm kinda ruined our vacation even though we had no power our housing assistant was always on call and took care of us very well to make sure we were okay in the unexpected situation we ended up in.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay celebrating our sons birthday in this beautiful home. The property is situated on the best part of LAKE AUSTIN. The staff was incredible.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Elite Property on lake Austin. We had plenty of room for all of our family members that were visiting from various locations and at different times of the wee. The pool and hot tub were a huge hit as use of the paddle boards and boat dock for boat rental pick ups. The yard is huge, volley ball court, basketball court, and game room kept teenagers engaged. Very nice house!! Our concierge, Conor and house manager, Evan, were so much help and very courteous and professional and we loved working with them.

We LOVE this home! We have stayed there multiple times. It is a beautiful home in a great location right on Lake Austin. We rented a boat that picked us up from the dock and we enjoyed the pool and volleyball. The staff was fabulous and arranged for food delivered. Perfect home layout for our family/friends gathering.

We were in Austin to celebrate my daughter's belated 30th birthday celebration. There were 15 of us and the place was just perfect. We were able to kayak, paddle board, beach volleyball and so much to do. The best of all was Taylor, house manager. She made everything so easy for us that everyone commented that it was so relaxing to be here. Thank you for making this belated celebration wonderful for all of us!! Definitely will be back for our younger daughter's 30th celebration in 2 years.

Roomy lake house with tons of games, sports, and activities for a big group. The location is about 40min from downtown Austin and 10-15min from the closest store so come prepared with a car.

We love this house and have rented it twice. Beautiful, spacious and plenty of room. The outdoor space is perfect with a pool, wonderful yard, volleyball court, basketball. We rented a boat, and they picked us up right from the dock. We will come again.

The lake view at this house is unbelievable. Beautiful yard, very large accommodations and plenty of room for our large group. The house manager was very thoughtful of our group and always available to answer any questions and get us groceries when needed. This is a place to return for sure!

We had the best time! This home had everything we needed to make special memories for our week. The amenities and activities that were available were just perfect for our group size and for the environment we were trying to capture. Being right on the lake was such a dream and there is a little beach going into the lake so you could actually stand in the water or get on the paddle boards easily. Sunrise paddle boarding was so peaceful and so fun! The house manager was the backbone of our stay! He came in and made sure we were all set up before arrival and at any point I could reach out and ask for something and they were there within the hour, sometimes within minutes. Honestly, the response time and care was just the same had we been in a hotel. We will treasure this week for years to come.

Staying in this area is luxury at its finest. Spacious rooms, huge kitchen, and an outdoor deck by the pool. Watch boats go by on the lake, as you eat dinner with your family or friends watching the sun set. Private setting, yet close to downtown. The only way to live while visiting Austin!

Our group came in for the UT football game and was able to both enjoy the game and also enjoy the lake. We had a guest manager assigned to us from the start of booking that made sure we had anything we needed and set us up on a few events while in town. I can not speak highly enough about the view from the property and how formal the home is set up. Pool, hot tub and lake it had every amenity we could want.

We really enjoyed our long weekend in Austin at Above Austin Diamond. The rental was immaculate and honestly looked like no one had ever used the place. The beds and pillows were comfortable and the property is located within a very nice gated community. We enjoyed being right on the water but also within 10-15 minutes of great restaurants. The property manager was also very responsive and eager to help when we had questions about the property. We will be back!
