Such a beautiful, luxurious home. Our group didn’t get to really enjoy the home because most of the time was spent at the F1 race; However this is a great place to stay if you need a relaxing getaway.

Our family throughly enjoyed our stay ! House was comfortable, warm, and spotless! Kitchen was well stocked with all we needed. Outdoor spaces were so perfect for young and old. Pool and outside kitchen was where we spend the majority of our time. The staff was very helpful and available for what ever we needed. We would love to return again! This house is a winner!

We stayed at this home during a 3 day weekend for my daughter’s birthday. We had an amazing time in their spacious and beautiful pool, hot tub and backyard. The home is in great shape and had all the amenities we needed including Tv’s in the bedrooms. We would definitely rent this home again.

Just a short walk from the breathtaking Commons Ford Park on Lake Austin, This home is the perfect retreat for gathering with friends and family. The open floorplan features a chef's kitchen, living area and sitting area. The dining room seats 8 people just off the kitchen which also has bar seating. The media room upstairs features two gaming TVs and a set of bunk beds. The outdoor dining table seats 14 with 4 barstools nearby. With rocking chairs, a tv, fireplace and full outdoor kitchen, we guarantee that this is where you will be making your memories. There is an additional outdoor lounge area with outdoor tv and sofa, foosball, and grill. This property is regularly set for 12 guests, but, with homeowner approval, can host as many as 14 guests with luxury Frontgate beds which would also be set with ABOVE standard luxury linens. Additional fees may apply. All guests must be pre-approved to rent this estate. A full guest list will be required. The house and pool area are absolutely gorgeous. The concierge service was outstanding. We had a chef come in and cook breakfast for our group plus a bartender come in for our pool day. It was absolutely an incredible time. Loved the property.

What a way to experience Austin! We came in from New York and wanted the full Texas experience. Above booked us a BBQ pitmaster and we even went to a boot fitting. The house is phenomenal. Had everything we needed and more. The boat deck is a great spot to finish the day with a drink and watching the sun go down.

A full five stars for this property! We had such a fun time here. We have a big family and it is hard to find a place that works well with what we need, but this one was great. The decor is beautiful and the house was well thought out. Above was attentive and intuitive to our needs. Great stay.

Frankly, the visit was terrible. I cannot believe that we paid that amount of money for that house. It wad dirty, there was no hot water in the master bath, no towels, and terrible maid service (which we paid for). The shower in the mast not only would not get hot, it was a handle shower that had no water pressure. There were also several dead bugs in the play room area. Frankly, it was not worth the money. If they were not going to provide certain amenities, it would have been nice to be warned. We also inadvertently left my son's small Christmas tree at the house.When we called about it they informed us that they had given it away. It would have been nice to get a call about any of our items that were accidentally left there.

My family rented this house over Memorial Day Weekend and had the best time! The house is a bit dated but from the minute you pull up to the gate, the property is just stunning. The kitchen isn't super well stocked and given it's a holiday weekend the lake was quite busy but we would likely rent again anyway!

The property itself sits at the end of a semi private road on a massive lot. It worked out great for our family of 5 and the grandparents. A few things for feedback: the checkin/checkout process was a little edgy. Our checkin time was pushed back until after 5 due to construction on the road. This was not anyone’s fault so completely understandable. We had groceries set to arrive at 5 but when she arrived, the road was still blocked off. Finally after 6 PM, the road was clear and she was able to bring the groceries. Things were melted but not a huge deal. To alleviate that, the management company agreed to a 1 PM check out. We did have a house manager that came in and did the dishes and took the trash out on Friday. She was super sweet and accommodating! The inside of the home was fine but the outside definitely needed so help. A full on power wash was needed on the house itself as it was covered in bugs, webs, dirt etc. There was a birds nest my children found with a dead baby bird in it (a bit traumatic), lots of wasps nests on the palapas area, and a cactus growing out of the gutters. If the outside was taken care of, it would of made a huge difference. Upon check out, we had another house manager come in saying it was past 11 and the cleaning ladies should be there soon wondering when we were checking out. I informed her of the agreed upon 1 PM check out and she had no idea about that. We rushed to pack our belongings and clean up and left the house. We then received a text message that we were correct about the later check out time in which they said we could stay until 2. Though we appreciated that, we were long gone. Communication is key with this type of business especially when dealing with guests. Overall, a great stay but will most likely choose another home next time.

Can’t beat the location and house Amenities. We had 10 total people and Above retrofitted the house so each person in our party had their own bed. Private Chef Danny was an awesome addition to the experience. Highly recommend!

Amazing home

This was the last stop for us after staying in multiple rentals during a home remodel project, and we definitely saved the best for last. And even though we were using the rental as our primary home for a couple months, it was as though every day was a vacation while we stayed there. Spending the first few minutes each morning sitting on the balcony overlooking the lake was an inspiring way to start each day. The house is beautiful throughout, the beds and linens are extremely comfortable, and the bathrooms are huge. The backyard pool area was our favorite gathering spot, and we ordered some inflatable paddle boards on Amazon that gave our kids plenty to do on the lake. I would highly recommend this rental and would stay here again in a heartbeat.And the concierge service was another added bonus. James was our primary contact, and he was responsive, polite, resourceful and helpful. I cannot recommend this property highly enough.

My family enjoyed a relaxing few days at this amazing property. This beautiful home offers endless lake views. The sunsets are gorgeous. The house sits on a huge secluded lot that allowed for lots of outdoor fun. Highly recommend!

Can’t beat the location and house Amenities. We had 10 total people and Above retrofitted the house so each person in our party had their own bed. Private Chef Danny was an awesome addition to the experience. Highly recommend!

This is an extraordinary rental. Our family was able to stay here for a few days and we all fell in love. The Above employees were so pleasant to work with and always had a smile on. From the moment we booked, we felt taken care of. Alex, our property manager, came every day and did our dishes and a few other things that really helped us out. He was great. The home itself is gorgeous and the owners have great taste! We used the backyard every day and we were lucky enough to have amazing weather. 10/10!

This place makes you feel like you are at a Mexico resort! Being right on the lake is such an incredible opportunity. We were looking to rent a place on Lake Austin and stumbled upon this one. We are so glad they had availability. The home was clean and well taken care of. It had all the items we needed to cook and grill for the week. We mostly stayed at the property, but Austin is a really cool city and we want to come back and explore it more!

This house is incredible, we had 21 guests and never felt like we were short on space. The outdoor entertainment area was phenomenal, plenty of room to enjoy being by the lake on a nice day without giving up much privacy. The location on the lake itself was prime as well, close access to the highway into town and also to the Oasis, a Lake Travis staple.

Would recommend doing large family gatherings, bachelor parties, or anything in between at this home.

The perfect venue for family fun!! The home was beautiful and gave us everything we needed.
I have two comments: There were no wash clothes in any of the bathrooms but of course we made it work.
Specific instructions need to be provided on how to turn on the TV's in the downstairs entertainment area.
A fun time was had by all!

Overall a great experience with this property. The view of the lake is so awesome from the dock and from the house/pool/hot tub. Hosted 17 folks in our party and it was overall a great stay. With a house this big there will always be little issues but the team at Above were quick to help and take care of issues. I appreciated their follow up and quick feet. Rooms were great, movie room was great, house was clean. Overall would rent again.

Overall a great experience with this property. The view of the lake is so awesome from the dock and from the house/pool/hot tub. Hosted 17 folks in our party and it was overall a great stay. With a house this big there will always be little issues but the team at Above were quick to help and take care of issues. I appreciated their follow up and quick feet. Rooms were great, movie room was great, house was clean. Overall would rent again.

The perfect venue for family fun!! The home was beautiful and gave us everything we needed.
I have two comments: There were no wash clothes in any of the bathrooms but of course we made it work.
Specific instructions need to be provided on how to turn on the TV's in the downstairs entertainment area.
A fun time was had by all!

This house is incredible, we had 21 guests and never felt like we were short on space. The outdoor entertainment area was phenomenal, plenty of room to enjoy being by the lake on a nice day without giving up much privacy. The location on the lake itself was prime as well, close access to the highway into town and also to the Oasis, a Lake Travis staple.

Wow! This house is phenomenal and we already want to come back. My husbands 40th birthday was coming up and he asked us not to do anything, so I made sure to book something awesome! Sherie was incredibly helpful and helped us plan the perfect surprise. He said it was his best birthday yet. Everyone invited was so impressed. The house layout was well thought out and fit us perfectly. The homeowners attention to detail and luxe decor makes you feel like you're at a five star resort. Above made sure everything was in place for our arrival and even decorated for me, so I could arrive in confidence with my husband. I thought it would be nerve-racking to let someone have the reigns, but Sherie killed it! We want to come back for my 40th now!

You can expect this estate to be exactly as described, except better! It exceeded our expectations. The property management company really made our stay special. They booked us a boat, a "Mexican Bar" that had queso and margaritas, yoga out by the lake, and a chef to cook us a 5 course gourmet meal. All of that aside, the house is gorgeous on its own and really needed nothing. It had all the amenities we could have wanted. The beds were comfortable and the house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for a big group. You really don't want to miss the sunsets, too!

There is so much to be said about this beautiful property. The pictures don't do it justice. It is beyond gorgeous. Well maintained, very clean, and the pinnacle of luxury. The design of the home is so well thought out. We did spend most of our time outside, but inside is just as wonderful. The views are fantastic and you won't want to miss any sunset. We had a lot of people in our group and felt very spread out. We want to come back already.

Our Penthouse perched above the Pacific Ocean boasts over 4300 square feet of immaculate interior living space with Four Seasons appointed furnishings. This has been one of the best experiences we have ever had! You get all of the amenities and service of the Four Seasons with a little more privacy and room to spread out. We loved having a private plunge pool that look over the ocean and beach!! That was by far our favorite part and place to unwind.

Luxurious Beach Vacation

I have to say, this was the best vacation I have ever been on. Everything was flawless. The service, location, food, drinks, activities all were above par. When you enter the gates, you know you are in for a treat. The fun really started when we were picked up at the airport. Our concierge was so knowledgeable about the towns and what we were driving by. It was very interesting. Once we checked in, we were floored at how incredible the penthouse was. It was spacious and tasteful. It is located on the Four Seasons Punta Mita grounds, so of course everything was perfectly manicured and gorgeous. We ate at the FS mostly, but had a chef come and cook for us one night. All the food was delicious. We went on a "sea foraging" excursion. We went into the ocean with the Executive Chef of the FS and gathered sea urchins and octopus, which he prepared for us for a private dinner! It was one of the more unique experiences I have ever had. We will be coming back next year for another family vacation. Thank you, ABOVE!

This estate felt incredibly exclusive and luxurious. There was so much do to on the property that we barely left. We really enjoyed the pool, tennis court and the golf simulator. The house manager was responsive and kind. Everything was organized on a high level. It was one of the best, if not the best, vacations I have ever been on.

Beautiful and well-manicured home and landscape. The sheer size of this estate is staggering. It was perfect for our group of 18. We held an outdoor dinner that was especially wonderful being so close to the lake. The staff was helpful, but never in the way. It felt very private, as well. We want to come back next year.

We had a group stay here for the first weekend of March Madness and it was perfect. The house is beautiful and well kept. The backyard has an endless number of things to do. The staff was incredible at helping us coordinate various local services for food and activities. Would absolutely return.

There are 5 siblings in the family and we try to have a joint vacation every year. We missed a couple of trips due to CoVid so it was great to have a fantastic property like the Hacienda to host our reunion. Everybody loved the River access and the amenities that the home offered.
We could pick a few nits, but the management team did an excellent job.

We arranged for a family vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Everyone loved the house and property. The inside is very large and comfortable. The pool, large lawn and lake are perfect activity areas. It was a great family reunion. The house manager, Evie, was extremely helpful. We would absolutely rent this home again.

The house could potentially be an exceptional place to stay and experience. The many small things that went wrong added up to be something that could not be overlooked. The amenities the house offers are great if they all worked as they should have worked. The house and grounds should have been kept more clean given the cost per night to stay at the house. The house manager was great and she did as much as she could to get things fixed.

I stayed here for my sister’s bachelorette with a group of seventeen girls. We couldn’t recommend this stay more! The rental manager and property manager were beyond kind and helpful. They made our stay amazing and even made sure many of our shipped boxes were ready for us upon arrival. We had the fridge stocked perfectly. The house and pool are even nicer than the pictures and it was incredibly clean. The neighborhood is incredible. There was more than enough room for our group - the house could have fit many more! We recommend this stay SO MUCH!

This house was a perfect place for my 40th birthday party. The house was large enough inside that we did not use every bedroom, and the backyard is HUGE. The house was perfectly clean upon arrival, and the management company was very responsive for our needs. Lake Austin has a lot of restaurants that are accessible by boat, and is not effected by the droughts of Texas because there is a damn that regulates the water levels year round. Would recommend this house to anyone looking for a large retreat home that has plenty of room for outside activities, and wants to be on a the water in Austin. Definitely recommend having a boat sometime during your stay.

We arranged for a family vacation with our adult children and grandchildren. Everyone loved the house and property. The inside is very large and comfortable. The pool, large lawn and lake are perfect activity areas. It was a great family reunion. The house manager, Evie, was extremely helpful. We would absolutely rent this home again.

There are 5 siblings in the family and we try to have a joint vacation every year. We missed a couple of trips due to CoVid so it was great to have a fantastic property like the Hacienda to host our reunion. Everybody loved the River access and the amenities that the home offered.
We could pick a few nits, but the management team did an excellent job.

This house has it all! Our family had a blast here. The kids swam and played in the sand. The adults grilled and hung out on the patio. Above really went above and beyond to take care of our every need. Andrew came by and cleaned up a bit. It really was a great weekend!

I can't even explain how beautiful this home is! It sits right on the lake and has everything you could possibly want. There is plenty of seating under the shade for when you are wanting to take a break from the sun. We spent a lot of our time outside, but the kitchen is perfect for a large family. The beds are comfortable and clean. 10/10 We would stay again!

We booked this property for a commercial photo and video shoot and the home, landscaping, and view were absolutely beautiful. Working with ABOVE Vacation Residences added a great benefit and they were able to assist us with any questions we had before and during our stay and also offered recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Highly recommend! The location's views are next to none, and whether it was watching the technicolor sunset or the fog roll in over the water, each scene was beautiful.

Two weeks in heaven!

This home sits up on a cliff overlooking Lake Austin with incredible lake & hill views. A private sanctuary with gorgeous furniture & art lush gardens & a resort style pool. We hiked to the waters edge & enjoyed swimming and kayaking in the pristine lake and picnic lunches on the dock beneath giant pecan & cypress trees. Waking up here every day was a dream and the house offered the privacy & space our family wanted with something for everyone. When we wanted to to out there were restaurants + live music nearby if you want to check out the Austin scene. The ABOVE team brought in breakfast for us and arranged dinner reservations. This is definitely an experience we would recommend & repeat!

We just got back from our Holiday stay at Harmony House but it should say Harmony View and what a view overlooking Lake Austin on New Year's Eve with all the fireworks. Incredible stay right from the start with Sean at Above Management to House Manager James they were both easy to deal with as well you know they are only a phone call or text away if you have any issues. In the start the contract you have to sign and personal verification you go through is a little intimidating but after speaking to Sean then meeting James we felt extremely at easy. Thank you for making this a Fantastic Holiday with our son's and did I say what a house and view WOW. Thanks, Kileel's

Our group came here for a couples weekend and it could not have been better! The property management company was really on top of everything. The house manager showed us around the estate and was quick to answer our call when we had questions. Some went golfing, but we got picked up by Lake Austin Spa and went to their beautiful resort to get a massage. They even had chocolate and champagne when they picked us up! The house was immaculate and we felt like movie stars staying there. 10/10 would recommend this house!

Just wow! This estate is reminiscent of a luxury resort. With your own concierge helping with your every need, we didn't feel the need to leave. It was great weather when we went, but we also got the pool heated and it was so worth it. We all really enjoyed the pool. My favorite memory was sitting on the dock watching the sun go down. The grounds were beautiful and the inside was clean and well decorated. Our group of ten fit perfectly. I cooked every night and the kitchen had everything we needed. You will not be disappointed staying here!

We book a college reunion in a different city every year and chose Austin for this year. It couldn't have been a better choice. This place is right on the lake and is incredible. It had plenty of room for us indoors and outdoors. We grilled a lot and watched some football. The house manage came by and grabbed our trash and cleaned up, which was really nice. They also booked us a reservation at TenTen downtown. It was really goodand in a great location. We mostly just wanted to stay at the house though. The beds were comfortable and the amenities were great. Our group had an incredible time.
